Grace Bible Church partners with Jeff and Lou Ann Hawkins and their work with Hope Builders Ministries in Zambia and staff in the USA. They officially joined HBM in September of 2007. Jeff oversees the ministry in Zambia and helps raise the support needed there.

Jeff and Lou Ann first came to GBC in July 1985 with their four young children, Joseph, Luke, Grace,  and Mary Beth. Grace Bible Church sent Jeff and Lou Ann to Bowling Green, KY, in 1988, where he pastored two churches. In 1995, Jeff and Lou Ann moved to the Appalachian Mountains of Kentucky and served as the pastor of two churches over the next 13 years. 

In 2008, Jeff and Lou Ann joined Hope Builders Ministries (HBMin.org) to coordinate the HBM ministry in Zambia, India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan, mentoring many indigenous missionaries online and raising support for their ministries. Jeff and Lou Ann have been in full-time ministry since 1988. They are graduates of Southeastern Bible College, Birmingham, AL,  parents of four, grandparents of twelve, and GREAT grandparents to ONE.  Jeff and Lou Ann presently reside in Texarkana, Texas.
